GENERAL:

"JPG" file format only! Other file formats like: PSD, TIF, EPS, RAW and PDF should be mailed to us on disc. The disc will only be returned at customer's request for the cost of return shipping and handling fees. Otherwise, discs will be destroyed upon completion of the requested order. Customers are responsible for the quality of the images submitted.

Image upload times depend upon the speed of the customer's Internet service and the file size. Maximum file upload size is 10MB. Larger files can can be sent on disc by mail to:

Orders are processed according to specifications submitted by the customer and are handled in the order they are received. For rush orders please call customer service at: 954-431-8788 Availability for rush orders depends on our volume of printing at the time of the order. Rush orders include a 30% fee increase on the entire order plus any additional charges for next or second day shipping.

Vnamics refuses to process explicit or pornographic prints. We reserve the right to decline any order, at any time, for any reason.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Vnamics delivers to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Standard Shipping charges are included in the price. Additional costs will be incurred for next or second day shipping.

Prints are generally shipped 5–7 from the time we receive the file and payment approval.

Delivery may be delayed by the quantity of the order, or other special circumstances. If order is not received within 14 days, contact our customer service department in our
"Contact Page" for order status.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT:

Vnamics is committed to delivering the finest possible product.

Notify Vnamics immediately about any damage. All damage claims must be called in to us within 24 hours of receipt of order. If we agree to assess your damage claim, the damaged order must be returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued. The original digital file must be sent to us again to create the replacement.

Vnamics will not be responsible for damage caused by the customer or a third party.

Conditions that are not acceptable reasons for replacement or refund include but are not limited to color tones or hues that are different then expected, damage that occurs due to mishandling including stains, scratches, or late deliveries. Handle your prints with care after you receive them..

LIABILITY:

The customer must have a legal right to use or be the legal owner of the digital files  and is legally responsible for any copyright infringement. By submitting an order, the customer affirms that they are the legal owner or representative of the image and authorize Vnamics, its employees, or their representatives to work on the digital files, for the customer’s personal/company use.

Vnamics is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by negligence (intentional or unintentional) by its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents, employees or licensors. Upon placing an order the customer assumes all liability and responsibility for any injuries or damages after the order has been delivered to its destination.

Vnamics assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered orders or for the use of the image.

Vnamics reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
