Yes, our rolled canvas prints come with an additional 2" border on all sides, which is more than sufficient for stretching. You have the choice of white border (best for framing), solid color border (best for gallery wrap), or the extension of the image as the border (best for gallery wrap).
What is the minimum required resolution to make a good canvas print?
Generally the greater the image resolution the clearer the canvas print. The minimum required resolution is 120 dpi at image size (in inches).
If my file is too small are you able to bring it to the required resolution and what would be the cost for doing that?
Although there are limitations, often we are able to enhance small files to the required resolution. There is no extra charge for this extra service.
What is the maximum file size that I can send you through the site?
Currently the largest file size to send through the web order form is a 50Mb "jpeg" format. You have the option to check the box for CD by mail on our ordering form for larger files.
What file formats do you accept for printing on canvas?
We accept JPEG files over the internet and PSD, TIF, PDF, on disc.
Can you print custom sizes?
Absolutely, simply contact us through our contact form to receive quotes for custom canvas prints sizes.
What is your turnaround time for a canvas print?
Our usual turnaround time for a canvas print is 4-5 business days, however occasionally there can be delays. If you have not received your canvas print in 14 days contact customer service.
Do you require a special color profile when saving the image file?
You can use any color profile that your software and system is calibrated for. If you think that you are using a special color profile that may need our attention please contact us. As a general rule we check the files prior to printing.
Can you make a collage from a set of prints?
We are able to create a collage, however there are extra fees for that service. For a quote contact customer service.
What type of canvas do you use?
Our Canvas is a superior high resolution material that shows fine detail. It is a quality product with a non glare matte finish and will be a welcome addition to any domain.
What type of inks do you use?
We use UV-resistant color inks that chemically blend with our UV-resistant canvas material for long lasting, non fading canvas prints.
Do you give discounts for volume ordering?
We offer wholesale prices and therefore have a very low profit margin. If you have a large number of prints, please contact customer service.
